1) Who we are

By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. We may change them by updating this page. Content (including events/stock) may change at short notice.
3) Online store terms
3.1 Eligibility & territory
You must be 18+ and authorised to use the payment method. We’ll state any delivery restrictions at checkout.
3.2 Product information & pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We try to ensure accuracy but obvious errors may be corrected; if a pricing/availability error affects your order, we’ll contact you before proceeding.
3.3 Orders & contract formation
After you submit an order, you’ll receive an acknowledgement email. Your contract with us is formed when we send a dispatch/collection confirmation for the item(s). We may decline or cancel an order (e.g., stock issues, suspected fraud, pricing error, delivery restrictions).
3.4 Payment
Payment is taken by our third-party payment processor(s). We do not store full card numbers. Your order will only be dispatched once payment has been authorised.
3.5 Delivery & click-and-collect
We’ll present delivery options, costs and timeframes at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk in the goods passes on delivery; title passes once we receive full payment.
3.6 Cancellations (change of mind) — your 14-day right
If you buy online (distance contract), you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, then you have a further 14 days to return them. We’ll refund the product price and our standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods (or evidence of posting). You’re responsible for return postage and any diminished value from handling beyond what’s necessary to inspect the goods. Exceptions: no change-of-mind cancellations for personalised/made-to-order goods, or sealed items not suitable for return if unsealed (e.g., certain jewellery/earrings for hygiene). Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
3.7 Faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose
You have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described). Remedies include repair/replacement and, in some cases, a refund.
3.8 Returns process
To cancel or report a fault, email hello@aintnothinbut.co.uk with your order number and details. We’ll provide return instructions and, where applicable, prepaid labels for faulty items.
3.9 Promotions, gift cards & bundles
Promotions are subject to terms stated with the offer and cannot be combined unless specified. Gift cards/vouchers (if offered) are non-refundable except as required by law.
3.10 Resale & quantity limits
Purchases are for personal use only; we may limit quantities and refuse orders suspected of reselling.
4) Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site (e.g., introduce malware, scrape at scale, attempt unauthorised access, or use the site unlawfully). We may suspend access if misuse occurs.
5) Intellectual property
All text, logos, photos, audio/video and page design are protected by IP laws and are owned by or licensed to us. You may link to and share public pages for personal, non-commercial use; other use requires prior written permission.
6) Third-party services & links
External services (payment processors, couriers, social media, calendar links) are provided for convenience. We’re not responsible for their content or policies.
7) Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where unlawful to do so (e.g., death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and won’t be liable for loss or damage arising from use of the site or delays/failures outside our control.

9) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having exclusive jurisdiction.
